RICHARD MORSE, OF COUNSEL

Richard Morse has over two decades in-house business and legal experience in all aspects of entertainment, digital media, the arts, and sports businesses.  His experience spans production, film finance, and international distribution. 

Before joining Samini Baric APC, Mr. Morse served as general counsel or head of business and legal affairs for several entertainment entities including Bauer Martinez Studios, Grand Illusions, and Entertainment Business Group.  He also served as Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for Radar Pictures and Radar Music, the successor company to Interscope, and as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for iMedia International in a joint venture with Signatures Network (formerly Sony Signatures Network, now part of Live Nation).

In addition to his in-house roles, Mr. Morse has represented world-class artists such as the Rolling Stones, Ozzy Osborne, and Rick James, including for example, negotiating and managing licensing agreements for "Super Freak and acting as lead trial counsel in the highly publicized "St. James Club" case.
