Matthew M. Hoesly

Matthew M. Hoesly is an associate in the Orange County office of Samini Scheinberg, PC.

Mr. Hoesly’s practice areas include general business litigation, personal injury, employment litigation, class action litigation as well as the handling of many of the firm’s high-profile and complex business litigation cases. Mr. Hoesly approaches each of his cases in an assiduous and meticulous manner and fervently embraces the challenge of his litigation practice.

Mr. Hoesly is active in several legal organizations, including: the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), the Orange County Young Lawyer’s Division (YLD), the Orange County Trial Lawyer Association (OCTLA), the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL), as well as the Celtic Bar Association.

As an Eagle Scout and Sonoma County native, Mr. Hoesly is passionate about the outdoors. He is also an avid fan of his favorite Bay Area sports teams—the San Francisco Giants and the Golden State Warriors. In his spare time, Mr. Hoesly enjoys traveling with his friends, going skiing, going to the beach, playing golf, playing basketball and especially playing the game of “cribbage” with his father and uncle.
