Bobby Samini

Mr. Samini is the President and founding member of Samini Scheinberg, PC.

Mr. Samini is an influential and accomplished California trial attorney, with a distinguished record of success in virtually every major industry and area of litigation. He currently serves as lead counsel to Mr. Donald Sterling in the highly publicized litigation with the National Basketball Association, TMZ and V. Stiviano. He also served as co-counsel to Mr. Sterling in the contentious probate proceedings that received national media coverage for the State and Courts of Appeal matters alike. Mr. Samini is lead counsel for a highly decorated Mitsubishi dealership owner with four locations in Southern California in a multi-million-dollar litigation against Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. and Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America, Inc. In addition, Mr. Samini also represents two former auto dealers in class actions against Mitsubishi Motors of North America, Inc. for racketeering, fraud, and unfair business practices, among other things. Mr. Samini currently represents DJ Paul of the Oscar winning hip hop group, Three 6 Mafia. Finally, Mr. Samini represents several class action plaintiffs in current litigation in the Central District of California against Zillow in connection with an expansive array of egregious employment law violations relative to Zillow’s systemic frat-house culture and unabashed disregard for its employees’ rights.

Over the course of Mr. Samini’s 20-year legal career, he has tried numerous significant cases for major clients, argued before the California District Court of Appeal and collected substantial sums for clients in a variety of cases.

Mr. Samini’s expertise and legal opinions have been sought by the media on numerous occasions, as evidenced by his television appearances on Anderson Cooper 360, the Today Show, Bloomberg and CNN’s morning show, New Day. Mr. Samini was also recently featured in the Daily Journal.
